Fugro PMS (previously Pavement Management Services) is a high technology engineering consultancy that that has a rich history in road infrastructure asset management.  Over the past several years we have also built a respectable reputation providing services for ports and airports.

Our service offerings include field data collection and rating, engineering analysis and modelling, design specification, forensic investigation, specifications for contract documentation, construction quality assurance and Road Asset Management Plans.   In addition to this we have produced (and sell) a range of software packages under the brand name PARMMS®.  This suite (PARMMS® Atlas of Road Maintenance) includes PARMMS® Road Manager, Footpath Inspector and Road Network Inspector.
