A dedicated project manager with a proven track record will oversee systematic scientific testing, evaluation and validation of road condition data and road asset information.  In consultation with the client and based on their requirements, the project manager formulates a logical and engineered works programme and maintenance funding regime. The resulting maintenance plan can be applied from one to twenty years. Deterioration modeling is derived from the World Bank deterioration profiles and Markov probability theory.
