Dr John Yeaman, founder of Pavement Management Services first developed a pavement management system in 1978 to meet the needs of Local Government Authorities. The programme is based on the best attributes of the World Bank Deterioration Models, Austroads Design Guide and probability theory and has been continually updated.

The treatment selection is based on the decision tree process which allows full interaction and interrogation by the engineer. PARMMS® Road Manager V3 is an operational level pavement management system providing engineers with cutting edge tools and techniques in an easy to use Windows environment.

This programme has been tried and tested with our current Performance Specified Maintenance Contracts some of which have been successfully operating for over 10 years.
